I can't speak to the food, but the service and cocktails were amazing! My friend and I came here on a Sunday evening for happy hour. The hostess collected our coats so we didn't have to carry them, then led us to sit in the comfortable lounge area. Both of our cocktails were so good and we loved that we also got complimentary homemade Chex mix to snack on. After speaking with the server, we discovered that they are bringing back live music in thespring time. I can't wait to return for some good music and to try a few items from their menu!

Amazing experience. Relaxed vibe and ambiance. Went on a double date and dined in and sat in couch-like area. Had the black truffle egg sando, caviar bump, Siberia caviar with all the fixings, chirashi bowl, scallops, uni toast, yuzu sake. Everything was delicious. Stand outs for me were the caviar with house made potato chips, uni toast, chirashi bowl. My friends also loved their rib eye bowl and katsu sando. Our server, Hunter was the kindest and helped us learn about the different types of caviar. He is also a sommelier so ask him about wine if you have him as a server. To top off our wonderful evening, they served a delicious refreshing yuzu custard filled cake with fresh fruit on top for my birthday. Loved every moment dining here and can't wait to come back.

Happy Hour and caviar bumps! Perfect place to go for live music and good food. We went for happy hour which is hard to come by in Napa. They offer food bites, drinks, and of course caviar bumps. They were not in season for music but I want to come back for dinner. The manager, he was awesome!

I found this place through Resy. This is one of the hidden gem in the middle of Yountville. We went for our surprised anniversary date. They have cute tables set up outside, so our puppy can join the dinner. The food is creative and delicious. Price is reasonable for caviar toppings. The service is top notch. They had a little surprise treat for our anniversary.

If you're a caviar and champagne lover, RO Restaurant and Lounge in Yountville is nothing short of paradise. From the moment you step in, the sleek, luxurious ambiance sets the tone for a delightful culinary experience. Despite the sophisticated atmosphere, the staff went out of their way to be incredibly accommodating to me and my 6-year-old daughter. They even gave her crayons and coloring paper to keep her entertained, allowing me to indulge in peace--a thoughtful touch that made the experience all the more enjoyable. We started with the caviar cornet with miso, and let me tell you, it was absolute perfection. The flavors were perfectly balanced, offering a delightful crunch and umami punch in one exquisite bite--truly unforgettable. Next, we tried the egg salad sandwich with truffle and the pork katsu sandwiches. While the truffle in the egg sandwich was aromatic, it lacked the soft creaminess I adore. To be fair, it's hard to compete with the egg sandwiches from 7-Eleven, Lawson, or Family Mart in Japan, which set the gold standard for me. As for the pork katsu, it was a bit dry, and the bread wasn't as soft as I'd hoped. The real highlight of the evening was the Hokkaido uni toast topped with caviar. This dish was pure bliss--the crispy, buttery milk bread paired perfectly with the silky smooth uni and the saltiness of the caviar. It was the epitome of indulgence and worth every penny. We finished the meal with the ribeye bowl, which was delicious but didn't stand out compared to the rest of the menu. Now for the dessert portion: I ordered the ice cream topped with koji caramel and caviar. It was a bold and unique combination, and the sweet-salty balance worked beautifully. The koji caramel added a nutty richness that complemented the creamy ice cream, while the caviar gave it a salty, luxurious edge. It was a delightful way to end the meal. If you're in the mood for a chic lounge to sip champagne and enjoy light bites, RO is the perfect spot. Yes, it's pricey, but for the quality and the experience, I think it's worth it. Don't miss the caviar cornet, Hokkaido uni toast, and dessert--they alone are reason enough to visit. Plus, their warm hospitality makes it an excellent choice, even for parents who need a little indulgence with children they cannot escape from lol!

Went there a few times and it's a hidden gem. Their cocktails were good but I went there for the food. *chef kiss* The highlights were: chirashi bowl, uni toast and kakigori. They used really good koshihikari rice and high quality fresh fish The attention to details were amazing. We love the ambience and the service here. Tip: go there when there is live performance.

We were in the area going to another place and just finished eating. I saw that this place just opened recently and I wanted to try it out. They have a large patio area with nice seating however at 100 degrees it's not fun to sit outside. We were greeted by the hostess and I told her we wanted to try the place out and asked to sit at the bar. We told them that we just came from lunch. The hostess suggested the Ossetra Caviar Cornet. I did and it was amazing. We really liked it. 25 bucks a piece. The place is really high end. The bartender was great. Very animated and such a salesman. We loved him. I got the Yamasaki 12 year and it was fabulous. So smooth I had to have another. He suggested we get the shaved ice with fresh peaches. I did and was disappointed. It was just ok and the peaches were inside the sauce not in the middle of the shaved ice. Muh. My with got the mochi and it was ok . Chef Hayashi stuff was just ok but we will have to come again and try something else. We enjoyed the vibe of this place.
